Aman Sahnan

Registered Speech and Language Pathologist/ Clinical Director

Meadow Minds was started with a pretty simple goal. We wanted children to receive thoughtful, evidence based care, while families also felt supported and included along the way.

As the Clinical Manager, a big part of my role is making sure our team keeps learning. We support our clinicians through mentorship, supervision, training, and continuing education. We do not expect anyone to know everything, and there is always more for us to improve on.

Clinical knowledge matters, but so does getting to know the child and family. We take time to understand each child’s strengths, needs, interests, and goals. Progress can look different for every child, so we try to be honest and realistic about what care may look like.

We are not trying to be the biggest clinic. We want Meadow Minds to be a place where children feel comfortable, parents feel heard, and families know we genuinely care. We are grateful families trust us, and we take that responsibility seriously even when things are not always perfect.

Kazi

Kazi Mamun

HR and Finance Coordinator

Kazi manages the business and operations side of Meadow Minds. His work includes finances, marketing, staffing systems, scheduling processes, technology, and making sure the clinic runs smoothly day to day.

He is not a clinician, but he works closely with the clinical director and admin teams to make sure they have the tools, systems, and support they need to do their jobs well. He is often the person behind the scenes fixing problems, improving processes, and finding practical solutions when something is not working.

Kazi believes running a clinic well means being responsible with finances, planning ahead, and making decisions that are sustainable for both the team and the families we serve. He also believes the business side should support the care, not get in the way of it. A lot of what he does may not always be visible, but it helps keep the clinic organized and moving forward.

Outside of work, Kazi enjoys spending time with his son, cooking, gardening, hiking, and walking the family’s toy poodle. He is practical, organized, and usually the person making sure things get done.

Nicole Belcher

Administrative Assistant

I have a BA in Psychology and years of experience working with clients and families in group homes, clinics, and in community settings. Working with families and seeing peoples growth has been a rewarding and fun part of my career. Outside of work you can find me crocheting or gaming. I have three cats and two lizards, so I enjoy swapping pet photos. I’m neurodivergent, so I enjoy getting to work with families who also have neurodivergent loved ones.
